Terms of Service

1. Agreement

If you enter into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not integrate the SDK or use the Program.

2. The Program

The Program lets you embed our SDK in your application. When a user of your app ("Participant") gives explicit, informed consent, their device shares a portion of its idle internet bandwidth and serves as a residential exit point in our network. In return, we pay you based on the participating devices your integration brings, as set out below.

3. Eligibility & approval

Participation requires an application and our approval. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, and approval is primarily conditioned on how clearly your users will be informed. You must own or be authorized to modify the apps you integrate, and comply with all applicable laws and the rules of any app store or platform you distribute through.

This is the obligation that matters most. You must:

Present a clear, conspicuous consent screen that explains, in plain language, that the user's device will share idle bandwidth and act as a residential exit point, before the SDK is activated.
Activate bandwidth sharing only for users who affirmatively opt in. Pre-checked boxes, buried disclosures, or bundling consent into unrelated acceptance are not permitted.
Provide an easy, always-available way for users to withdraw consent and stop participation.
Not enable the SDK on apps directed to children, or knowingly for users below the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction.
Keep your own privacy disclosures accurate and consistent with this Program and our Privacy Policy.

The SDK is designed to stay dormant until consent is given; you must not attempt to bypass, fake, or pre-empt that gate.

5. Payments

Model. You are paid per active device per day, weighted by the device's country and type, per our published rate card — not per gigabyte. A device counts as active on a day only if it actually relayed traffic that day.
Source of truth. Earnings are calculated from bandwidth we measured server-side. Figures reported by any client or device are not used for payment. Our metering records are authoritative absent manifest error.
Minimum payout. Payouts are available once your balance reaches the published minimum (currently US$10).
Method & timing. You choose an available payout method and provide accurate details. Payouts are made on our normal schedule after a request; we may hold or review payouts we reasonably suspect relate to fraud or breach.
Clawback. We may withhold, reverse or deduct earnings attributable to fraudulent, ineligible or quarantined traffic (see §6), including after a prior payout.
Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings, and for providing any information required for us to make payments lawfully.
Rate changes. We may update the rate card prospectively; the applicable rate is the one in effect when the traffic was relayed.

6. Quality & quarantine

To keep the network honest, we continuously assess IP quality. Datacenter, VPN, and otherwise flagged or unknown-origin addresses are quarantined: never routed to customers and never paid, with a reason recorded. Only residential devices on clean addresses are eligible for payment. Traffic that does not meet these standards earns nothing, even if a device is otherwise online.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not permit others to:

Fabricate, simulate, or inflate devices, users, or traffic; run the SDK on emulators, server farms, datacenter hosts, or VPN/proxy chains to manufacture inventory.
Obtain installs or consent through deception, malware, incentivized-but-uninformed prompts, or any means that misleads users about what they are agreeing to.
Circumvent, disable, or tamper with the consent gate, metering, quality checks, or security of the SDK or network.
Use the network, or allow it to be used, for unlawful activity, or in violation of any app store, platform, or carrier policy.
Reverse engineer the SDK except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

8. Suspension & termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, withhold affected earnings, and remove your integration from the network immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms — in particular the consent rule (§4) or prohibited conduct (§7). On termination, your right to use the SDK ends and you must remove it from new releases; sections that by their nature should survive (payments owed for eligible traffic, clawback, liability, general terms) survive.

9. SDK license

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to integrate and distribute the SDK solely as part of your approved app(s) and solely to operate within the Program. We retain all rights in the SDK, the network, and our brands. You retain all rights in your app.

10. Warranties & limitation of liability

The Program and SDK are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, availability, or customer demand. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your app, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to obtain valid user consent.

11. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your location provides otherwise. We may update these Terms prospectively; continued participation after an update means you accept it. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and the rate card, are the entire agreement for the Program. Questions: partners@ipsterr.com.
